จากประสบการณ์การเทรดส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าอารมณ์มีผลต่อผลกำไรมากกว่าที่คิด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเวลาที่เราออก Lot ใหญ่เกินตัวเพียงเพราะความ ‘โลภ’ อยากรวยเร็ว ทำให้หลายครั้งเสียหายหนักกว่าที่ควรจะเป็น จุดสำคัญอีกอย่างคือ “No Stop Loss” ซึ่งหลายคนจะคิดว่า "เอาอีกนิดเดี๋ยวมันจะกลับ" แต่ตลาดไม่มีความแน่นอนแบบนั้นหรอกครับ ยิ่งฝืนไปพอร์ตก็ยิ่งสั่นคลอน พอขาดทุนก็ยากจะฟื้นคืน เพราะฉะนั้นเราต้องตั้ง Stop Loss ไว้เสมอควบคุมความเสียหาย สำหรับนิสัย Revenge Trading หรือการเทรดเอาคืนหลังขาดทุน เป็นกับดักอีโก้ที่อันตรายที่สุด ผมจำได้ดีว่าตอนแรกๆ ตอนเสียก็โกรธ พยายามเทรดเยอะขึ้นเพื่อเอาคืนผลลัพธ์ที่ได้กลับมาคือพอร์ตหายเกือบหมด คำแนะนำคือ ถ้าเสียครั้งแรกใจเย็นๆ หยุดเทรดซักพัก วิเคราะห์สาเหตุ ก่อนค่อยเริ่มใหม่ อย่าใช้ความโมโหตัดสินใจ สุดท้ายการแก้ไขนิสัย 3 อย่างนี้ไม่ได้ง่ายในวันสองวัน ต้องใช้ความสม่ำเสมอในการวางแผนและวินัยตัวเองกับเงินทุนของเรา ผมแนะนำให้ตั้งเป้าหมายกำไรและขาดทุนในแต่ละวันให้ชัดเจน พล็อตแผนการเทรดพร้อมกับใช้เครื่องมือช่วยจำกัดความเสียหาย เช่น Stop Loss เพื่อให้เทรดมีระบบและลดผลกระทบทางอารมณ์ลง ถ้าใครกำลังเจอปัญหาแบบนี้ ลองเช็คพฤติกรรมด้วยตัวเอง และเตรียมสมุดบันทึกประจำวันเทรด เพื่อจดว่าเหตุการณ์ไหนทำให้เกิดอารมณ์แย่และจะปรับแก้อย่างไร ผมว่าหลังจากแก้ไขนิสัยนี้แล้วจะเห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ดีทั้งพอร์ตและจิตใจครับ "ลุยดิวะ!" เป็นคำที่ผมนิยมใช้เตือนใจตัวเองกับคนที่ตั้งใจจะเริ่มใหม่ รับรองว่าเทรดอย่างมีสติและวางแผนอย่างรอบคอบ จะทำให้การเทรดของคุณประสบความสำเร็จได้มากขึ้นจริงๆครับ
