playing tourist in SG: visiting Oceanirum

Experience: wonderful!!

- playing tourist in your own country is pretty fun

- I love going sea aquarium & this doesnt dissappoint

i love that it is very spacious to walk & many tanks to glance

- there are 2 massive tanks to look & stare, for a good 10-15min to soak in the calmness of the tank?

- Place is abit dark so be careful

-Long Q nowadays due to opening, so those who are interested to go, can go in end of aug/sep onwards

- there is a cafe selling cute sea inspired pastrues, crossiants, cakes & another food stand selling movie snacks, like popcorn/ hotdog bun if you are hungry

The aquarium features some incredible displays like the massive tanks where you can spend over 10 minutes simply soaking in the peaceful underwater scenes. Jellyfish and colorful tropical fish add an artistic touch that’s mesmerizing to watch. Don’t miss out on the café offering unique sea-inspired pastries such as pandan coconut croffles, bluepea vanilla croffles, starfish croissant sandwiches, and mango shortcake. These treats perfectly complement a stroll around the exhibits and offer a delightful break. A notable highlight is the variety of fascinating fish species, including baby Nemos and indigo damsels, showcasing the vibrant colors of marine life. There’s also an educational message about sea pollution which adds value to the visit. For families with kids, Oceanirum is a fantastic attraction on Sentosa Island with activities that keep the little ones entertained and engaged. Just be cautious as the lighting can be dim in some areas, so watch your step. Overall, Oceanirum is a refreshing way to spend a weekend, appreciating nature up close in Singapore!
