Ingredients:

Filling

• 1/4 cup white sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 3 tbsp flour

Topping

• 1 cup flour

• 3/4 cup oats

• 2/3 cup white sugar

• 2/3 cup brown sugar

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 3/4 tsp cinnamon

• 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Combine strawberries, sugar, vanilla, and flour in a bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.

3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, sugars, salt, and cinnamon.

4. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.

5. Sprinkle over strawberries.

6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

7. Cool slightly and serve warm with ice cream.
