There’s just something about homemade pizza — slow moments, flour on the counter, and everyone hovering while it bakes. This dough is easy, forgiving, and makes pizza night feel extra special without the stress.

Ingredients:

• ¾ cup warm water (about 110°)

• 1 packet yeast or 2¼ tsp active dry yeast

• 1 tsp sugar

• 2 cups flour

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp salt

Instructions:

1. In a measuring cup, mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for about 10 minutes, until foamy.

2. In a bowl (or KitchenAid bowl), add flour, salt, olive oil, and the yeast mixture.

3. Knead with a dough hook for 10 minutes.
