Habits to maintain for college
- stretches before sleep - to release tension in your body to help you sleep better. i recommend searching videos to follow along on youtube if you have no idea!
- make your bed - idk if this is relatable but i find that seeing my blanket and sheets all nicely placed makes me feel better and i find a sense of purpose in life?
- plan for your next day - as a commuter student, I have 4 less hours to spend so I make sure I have everything I need to do written down.
