New Zebra Mildliner colors

As a stationery addict, getting my hands on the new Zebra Mildliner 'Calm mild colors' set was so exciting! I've been a long-time fan of Mildliners, and these new shades definitely live up to the hype for anyone looking for aesthetic mildliner color combinations. Let’s dive into the colors! The set includes Mild Moss Green, Mild Mint, Mild Mimosa Yellow, Mild Smoke Red, and Mild Iris. What immediately struck me is how much more toned down they are compared to many of the existing colors, making them perfect for creating a soft, cohesive look in your planner or bullet journal. The consistency feels much like the classic Mildliners, which is a big plus for smooth application. My absolute favorites from this set are Mild Mint and Mild Mimosa Yellow. The Mild Mint is such an interesting shade – it's a beautiful light grayish turquoise, almost like a muted seafoam. While it might be a bit too light for heavy-duty note-taking if you need high contrast, it's absolutely stunning for accents, layering, or adding a soft highlight without being too overpowering. I've found it pairs wonderfully with smoke blue or even a light cyan for a cool, serene palette. Then there's the Mild Mimosa Yellow. On its own, it looks like a lovely soft yellow, but when you compare it side-by-side with Mild Gold or Beige, you really see its unique greenish-yellow tint. It’s a desaturated, almost dusty red that's much softer than the traditional red or vermillion Mildliners. It's perfect for marking important points without being too jarring, and it blends beautifully with other muted tones. And finally, Mild Iris – this super desaturated purple is simply gorgeous. Compared to Violet or Lilac, it has a warmer, almost grayish undertone that feels incredibly sophisticated.
