1️⃣ Peggy Sue's 50's Diner – A retro favorite. I got the tuna melt and it was buttery, melty, and perfectly salty. Classic comfort food done right.

2️⃣ The Pepper Club – This ube French toast was the star — soft, rich, and not overly sweet. A fun twist that works.

3️⃣ Alexxa's Las Vegas – Perfect spot if you want brunch with a view. Their French toast is fluffy and indulgent, especially with fresh berries and syrup.
