The bigger the star, the more difficult it becomes to maintain for long periods, requiring Seia to stay focused and balanced.

> Combat Utility: Seia can use her cosmic surfing as both an offensive and defensive tactic. For example, while surfing on a large star, she could slam down on enemies with the star’s weight or launch herself into the air to avoid attacks. Alternatively, she could create smaller stars for quick dodging or to move unpredictably during a fight.

This releases an overwhelming burst of cosmic energy that affects the battlefield—pulling everything into the center (enemies, debris, even the environment itself) and then violently exploding outward, causing massive destruction.

> Temporary Aftershock: After the Nova burst, Seia creates a short-lived gravitational rift in the area, warping light and matter around her. This would leave the battlefield in a temporary disarray, making it difficult for enemies to see or predict her next move, or even for them to stand due to the gravity shift.

> Drawback: The user’s control over celestial bodies requires intense focus. They can only affect objects or enemies within their immediate vicinity. Larger-scale attacks require more energy and leave the user vulnerable after the gravitational field collapses. Overuse can also lead to disorientation or dizziness.

Seia's personality:

Seia Hoshimiya is a captivating and complex individual. She possesses a natural charisma and a theatrical flair, making her a compelling presence. She approaches heroism with a dramatic touch, almost as if she's performing on a stage, but her dedication is genuine. Her worldly experiences have given her a broad perspective and a deep empathy for others. She's a natural leader and mentor, offering guidance and support to those around her.

Seia is also a highly strategic thinker, carefully analyzing situations and planning her actions. Her focus and determination are unwavering, making her a formidable hero. Background:

Seia was born in Japan to Japanese father Asahi Hoshimiya and American mother Maria Hoshimiya however at a very early age her parents divorced. Her mother won custody but it was split 50/50 she ultimately had to moved America with her mother. They moved to the state of New York. Her mother and her lived around the city particularly around Staten Island. That being said during her winter, spring and summer break she go to Japan to see her father. Due this she bilingual in Japanese and English, due traveling a lot between two countries she also has New York accent when speaking in English.

One day while in middle school to her class was traveling to The Metropolitan Museum of Art for a field trip when a major villain attack happened. During the field trip, Seia's class is caught in a sudden villain attack. While the chaos unfolds, Seia feels a mix of fear and helplessness. Her mother had always instilled in her a sense of resilience, but nothing could prepare her for the reality of such danger. As the villain wreaks havoc, All Might arrives in the nick of time, his heroic presence overwhelming and awe-inspiring. He takes down the villain with ease, saving her and her classmates. However, amidst the heroics, Seia notices something: the damage, the destruction, and the helpless civilians around her. She sees the terrified expressions of the people in the museum and feels an intense urge to do more-to protect others.

All Might's victory was impressive, but the trauma and helplessness of the victims left a deep mark on her. She realizes that while heroes like All Might are incredible, there are not enough of them to protect everyone. She begins to feel that if there were more people capable of standing up like All Might, fewer people would have to suffer. As Seia returns home to Staten Island, she finds herself replaying the event in her head. Her time spent between two cultures, witnessing the differences in how heroes are viewed in Japan versus America, makes her reflect even more. In Japan, heroes are often seen as symbols of national pride, and she had always admired them. In America, the heroes were more diverse, more approachable—and yet, there was still a sense of fear and uncertainty about who could be trusted to keep people safe.

Seia struggles with her own identity—being caught between two worlds, never truly feeling like she belongs to one place or the other. But this attack—this act of destruction—pushes her to understand that she wants to belong to something bigger. She doesn't want to just live in the safety of her dual cultures; she wants to make an impact in both places, helping those in need and standing up against villains. After the attack, Seia starts reading more about heroes, their quirks, and their lives. All Might's actions and his words echo in her mind, especially his statement about how "a true hero doesn't only save lives, they inspire others to stand up and do the same." She starts following his career more closely, learning about his struggles, the balance between public life and personal life, and how he’s always put others first. Seia admires All Might's dedication, his willingness to be vulnerable, and most of all, his unwavering desire to protect.

Seia begins to train herself—both physically and mentally. She doesn’t have a flashy quirk like many other heroes, but her determination and focus on helping people shine through. She starts to see her ability to speak both Japanese and English, her unique background, as something that could help bridge divides and bring people together in times of crisis.

At Christmas with grandparents after receiving her gifts watching report on some Japan pro heros, she makes the announcement to her father that she wants to become a hero and that she will into UA much to her father dismayed. However, it turns out that her grandparents already knew this because she told them she will be staying with them when tests happen. Her mother was also told about this before leaving to Japan when they had an early Christmas in New York in Staten Island. She had to take the UA entrance exam and after taking after waiting she found she got in the school into class A-1. Upon sitting in class Deku, came in and recognized the girl from entrance exam to her due unique quirk.

Hey guys I’m not dead! This took me months to make! But I’m super floored! This has very busy for me especially with I will be going to Japan in June I planned to do something very special also I will be going on Hiatus when I go to Japan it might be for the summer or longer depending on how it’s goes but I promise I will be back!

-Her hero name Astraea is Greek name meaning Starry maiden it also name after a Greek Goddess who was the goddess of justice, innocence, and purity.

-When she speaks English she has a bit of a New York accent

- She is very nerdy and knows a lot information, like science fiction books and novels. Like old cheesy movies with actual stunts

-She can speak four languages Japanese, Italian, Spanish and English

-She used live with her paternal grandparents before she had to move to UA dorms
