Meal prep just got EASY and actually delicious 🙌🥚

I made these high-protein egg bakes right in my Pyrex containers so they’re ready to grab, heat, and go all week!

✨ Why you’ll love them:

✔️ High protein (~25g)

✔️ Low carb

✔️ Super filling

✔️ Minimal cleanup

🔥 Ingredients:

- 3 eggs

- 1/2 cup frozen spinach (thawed & drained)

- 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt

- 1/4 cup tomatoes & chilis

- 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

- Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F

2. Mix everything together directly in your Pyrex container

3. Bake for 20–25 minutes (until set in the center)

4. Let cool slightly, cover, and store
