ถ้าใครกำลังหา notion student dashboard ipad (หรือ notion ipad student dashboard) เราแนะนำให้ “ตั้งค่าหน้าแรกให้เหมาะกับ iPad” ก่อน จะช่วยให้ใช้จริงทุกวัน ไม่หลุดระบบง่ายๆ โดยเฉพาะเวลาพก iPad ไปเรียนแล้วอยากเปิดเช็กงาน/ตารางเรียนแบบเร็วๆ 1) ตั้งค่าให้แตะครั้งเดียวก็ถึงสิ่งสำคัญ บน iPad เรามักใช้โหมด Split View/Stage Manager ควบคู่กับไฟล์ PDF หรือ GoodNotes ดังนั้นหน้า Dashboard ควรมีปุ่มลัด (links) ไป 4 อย่างนี้: ตารางเรียน, งานที่ใกล้เดดไลน์, โน้ตรายวิชา, ปฏิทิน/สอบ ใครใช้เทมเพลต School Life Dashboard หรือ Student Dashboard อยู่แล้ว ลองทำ “แถบเมนูด้านบน” ให้ปุ่มใหญ่ขึ้นหน่อย จะกดง่ายมากด้วย Apple Pencil 2) ปรับมุมมองฐานข้อมูลให้เหมาะกับจอ iPad หลายเทมเพลตสวยบนคอม แต่พอเปิด iPad แล้วแน่น/เลื่อนเยอะ เราแก้ด้วยการทำ 2 views ต่อฐานข้อมูล: - View “Today” (Filter: due ภายใน 7 วัน + status ยังไม่เสร็จ) - View “All” ไว้ดูภาพรวม ถ้าใช้ Assignment Tracker with Automations ให้ปักหมุดมุมมอง “Upcoming” ไว้บนสุด แล้วทุกเช้าก็แค่เปิด Notion → เช็กงานค้างได้ทันที 3) ใช้ Assignment Tracker ให้คุ้ม: ใส่วิชา + น้ำหนักคะแนน + วันส่ง เทมเพลตที่มีกราฟ GPA/เกรดเฉลี่ยจะเวิร์กมากเมื่อเรากรอกข้อมูลสม่ำเสมอ เคล็ดลับคือเริ่มจาก 1 เทอมก่อน: - สร้างรายวิชา (Course) ให้ครบ - ใส่น้ำหนักงาน (เช่น 10%, 20%) ถ้าเทมเพลตรองรับ - ใส่ due date ทุกงานตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ได้ syllabus จากนั้นเวลา Mark งานสำเร็จ ระบบจะคำนวณอัปเดตให้เอง ทำให้เรารู้ภาพรวมคะแนนแบบเรียลไทม์จริงๆ 4) ทำพื้นที่ “Exam Countdown” บนแดชบอร์ด Student Dashboard หลายอันมีตัวนับเวลาสอบอยู่แล้ว เราใช้เป็นแรงฮึดดีมาก โดยตั้งให้โชว์เฉพาะ 3 วิชาที่ใกล้สอบสุด และแปะลิงก์ไปสรุปของวิชานั้นๆ ใต้ countdown เลย เปิดทบทวนได้เร็วมาก 5) ทริคใช้งานบน iPad ให้ลื่นขึ้น - เพิ่ม Notion ลง Dock และเปิดหน้า Dashboard ค้างไว้เป็นแท็บแรก - ใช้ Siri/Spotlight ค้นหาเพจ (พิมพ์ชื่อวิชา) แทนการไล่เมนู - ถ้าหน้า dashboard หนักเกิน ให้ลด widget/รูป และย้ายของตกแต่งไปหน้า “Aesthetic” แยกต่างหาก สุดท้ายเลือกเทมเพลตตามสไตล์การเรียน: ถ้าอยาก “รวมทุกอย่างไว้ที่เดียว” ไปทาง School Life Dashboard, ถ้างานเยอะและอยากรู้คะแนน/กราฟ GPA ให้เลือก Assignment Tracker with Automations, แต่ถ้าเน้นสบายตา ใช้ทุกวันบน iPad แบบมินิมอล Student Dashboard คือกำลังดี ลองคัดลอกไปใช้ใน workspace แล้วปรับให้เข้ากับตารางเรียนของตัวเอง รับรองว่าใช้ง่ายขึ้นมากค่ะ
