หลังจากลองเล่น ChartBase อยู่พักนึง สิ่งที่ชอบที่สุดคือมันตอบโจทย์ “อยากเห็นสรุปเป็นภาพ” โดยไม่ต้องอัปเกรด Notion plan ให้เสียเงินเพิ่ม เพราะหลายคนทำตารางไว้เยอะมาก แต่พอจะดูภาพรวมต้องมานั่งไล่ดูตัวเลขเอง วิธีเริ่มต้นแบบเร็วๆ (สำหรับมือใหม่) 1) เตรียม Notion Database ให้เรียบร้อยก่อน แนะนำให้ตั้งชื่อคอลัมน์ชัดๆ เช่น วันที่/หมวดหมู่/จำนวน/ค่าใช้จ่าย และเช็กว่าคอลัมน์ตัวเลขเป็นชนิด Number จริง ไม่ใช่ Text 2) เข้า ChartBase แล้วเชื่อมต่อ Notion (ล็อกอิน/อนุญาตการเข้าถึง) จากนั้นเลือก Database ที่ต้องการทำกราฟ 3) เลือกประเภทกราฟที่เหมาะกับข้อมูล: - Bar: เทียบยอดแต่ละหมวด/แต่ละเดือน - Line/Area: ดูเทรนด์ตามเวลา - Pie/Doughnut: ดูสัดส่วน (เหมาะกับจำนวนหมวดไม่เยอะ) 4) ตั้งค่า “ค่า” ที่จะแสดง (Metric) เช่น Sum/Avg/Count แล้วลองสลับดูว่ากราฟแบบไหนอ่านง่ายที่สุด ทริคที่ช่วยให้กราฟอ่านง่ายขึ้น - ถ้าเป็นกราฟวงกลม อย่าใส่หมวดเยอะเกินไป (เกิน 6-8 ชิ้นเริ่มอ่านยาก) ลองฟิลเตอร์ให้เหลือเฉพาะ Top categories - ใช้สีให้มีความหมาย เช่น รายรับ=เขียว รายจ่าย=แดง หรือใช้ Palette เดิมให้ทั้งทีมเพื่อความสม่ำเสมอ - ตั้งชื่อกราฟและแกนให้ชัด เช่น “ยอดใช้จ่ายรายเดือน (บาท)” เวลาแปะใน Notion แล้วกลับมาเปิดใหม่จะไม่งง การใช้ Filter ให้ได้ประโยชน์จริง สิ่งที่ทำให้ ChartBase สนุกคือการกรองข้อมูล เช่น เลือกเฉพาะเดือนนี้ เฉพาะโปรเจกต์ A หรือเฉพาะรายการที่สถานะ = Done แล้วค่อยสร้างกราฟแยกไปไว้คนละหน้าใน Notion (เหมือนทำแดชบอร์ดย่อมๆ) เรื่อง Sync แบบ Real-time ที่หลายคนสงสัย จากที่ใช้ ถ้าเราแก้เลขใน Notion Database กราฟจะอัปเดตตาม (เรียลไทม์หรือใกล้เคียงมาก) ทำให้เหมาะกับการติดตาม KPI, ยอดขาย, การอ่านหนังสือ หรือค่าใช้จ่ายรายวันแบบไม่ต้องมาทำกราฟใหม่ทุกครั้ง ไอเดียการเอาไปใช้ใน Notion - หน้า Habit tracker: นับ Count ของวันที่ทำสำเร็จ - หน้า Budget: Sum รายจ่ายแยกหมวด + Line ตามเดือน - หน้า Content planner: Count งานตามสถานะ (To do/Doing/Done) ถ้ากำลังเริ่มทำแดชบอร์ดใน Notion แบบสายฟรี แนะนำให้เซฟ ChartBase ไว้เลย แล้วลองทำกราฟแรกจาก Database ที่ใช้อยู่ประจำ รับรองเห็นภาพรวมชัดขึ้นทันที
