In summary, the doctor sent us to drill the biopsy for examination. Drill the core needle biopsy (CNB). When punching, the doctor will inject the anesthetic first and will collect the biopsy. The doctor collected 3 rounds. It does not hurt, just startled the sound, but after it is done, it will be a little painful. Wait for 2 weeks. While waiting, the result is very stressful, do not know what kind of effect it will come out, but try to comfort himself that it will not come out as a bad result. In summary, the listening day, we are Sclerosing adenosis and most importantly, no malignancy seen. It is like lifting the mountain out of the chest. But, the doctor said that the surgery will be removed because if left, it is risky. In the future, we agree to remove the lump because we do not have to worry about whether it has grown or not. Looks the same? Cut it out to finish it. In two weeks, we will have surgery.

จากประสบการณ์ตรงที่ได้ผ่านการตรวจชิ้นเนื้อเต้านมด้วยวิธี Core Needle Biopsy (CNB) ต้องบอกว่าการเตรียมตัวและทำความเข้าใจกับขั้นตอนเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมากค่ะ ก่อนเจาะชิ้นเนื้อ หมอจะฉีดยาชาเพื่อลดความเจ็บปวด แต่เสียงของเครื่องเจาะอาจทำให้ตกใจเล็กน้อย รู้สึกว่าปลอดภัยได้เพราะหมอจะเก็บชิ้นเนื้อถึง 3 รอบเพื่อความแม่นยำ ส่วนน้ำหนักจิตใจก่อนรับผลตรวจเป็นช่วงเวลาที่เครียดที่สุด เพราะต้องรอผลถึง 2 อาทิตย์ ซึ่งหลายคนอาจจะกังวลเรื่องมะเร็ง แต่ในเคสนี้ผลออกมาเป็น Sclerosing adenosis ซึ่งเป็นสภาวะไม่ร้ายแรงและที่สำคัญไม่มีเซลล์มะเร็งพบเลย เป็นความสบายใจที่ยากจะบรรยาย แต่หมอก็แนะนำให้ผ่าตัดเอาก้อนนั้นออกเพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงในอนาคต ทำให้เรารู้สึกว่าการจัดการกับปัญหานี้ตั้งแต่ต้นคือการป้องกันที่ดีที่สุด สำหรับผู้ที่ได้รับผลตรวจ Birads 4a หรือเจอก้อนในเต้านม อยากแนะนำให้รีบพบแพทย์เพื่อตรวจวินิจฉัยอย่างละเอียด อย่ากังวลเกินไปเพราะไม่ใช่ทุกกรณีที่จะเป็นมะเร็ง และการตรวจด้วย CNB นั้นเป็นวิธีที่ปลอดภัยและแม่นยำ ช่วยให้เรารู้สถานะสุขภาพเต้านมได้อย่างชัดเจน นอกจากนี้การดูแลตัวเองและตรวจสอบเต้านมอย่างสม่ำเสมอถือเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น และอย่าลืมว่าการมีข้อมูลและคำแนะนำจากแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจะทำให้เรามีความมั่นใจมากขึ้นในทุกขั้นตอนของการรักษา
