Do cancer patients really prohibit eating "red meat"? 🧐

👉 For cancer patients or health-loving people, "red meat" is often the top defendant that many people say to stop eating immediately, but in fact, we do not have to cut it that way if we understand the following 🤩 "smart eating rules."

1.Split it out: bright red meat VS processed meat 🤔

We have to divide the meat into two sides:

🟢 Red Meat: Pork, beef, lamb. This group has high nutrients like "iron" and "protein." It can be eaten but needs to be limited.

🔴 Processed Meat: Sausages, bacon, ham, gunchiang, and this group is "real to avoid" because it contains food preservation chemicals that have proven to directly stimulate cancer.

2. How much to eat is called "fit"? 🤔

According to Universal, it is recommended that in a week we should not eat more than 500 grams of red meat (ripe weight).

Simple way to remember: look at it as a "palm" ✋. Eat about 3-4 palms a week (not including fingers). If you eat like this, the body is very comfortable.

3. How to cook...As important as how to choose 🤔

Carcinogens are not usually in the flesh in the first place, but "cooked."

🔴 Avoid: Roasting until charred, repeated oil frying or fumigation.

🟢 Recommended: To be boiled, steamed, stewed or sauteed with little oil, these methods will hardly create any new toxins.

4. Secret Recipe 1: 2 (1 part meat, 2 parts vegetables) 🤔

Every time there is red meat in a dish, add twice as many vegetables, because the fiber in the vegetable acts like a "broom" 🥗 that sweeps the residue out of the intestines faster, reducing the likelihood of carcinogens touching the intestinal wall for a long time.

5. Switch to some "white protein." 🐟

On days when you don't want to eat red meat, look for alternatives that are easier to digest and more comfortable:

🤍 Fish and chicken breast: Clean protein, easy to digest, does not add burden to the intestines

🤍 Egg Whites: The Best Protein Source for Body Repair

🤍 Tofu / beans: plant protein with high fiber residue

Epilogue summary ✨

👉 Cancer is not caused by eating a dish of steak, but by the cumulative behavior. "Red meat is edible, but fresh, reduced, grilled, and limited in quantity." You can enjoy your meals and health care along the way. 👏😍
