75 hard seemed too restrictive for me and I thought I could go a little beyond 75 soft so this is my version of it!! 🥳
1. track all meals 🍳 - i'm not forcing myself to a strict diet BUT I know if I make myself write down all of my meals, it will motivate me to make healthier choices!
2. 45 minute workout a day 🏋🏼♀️
3. 10 pages of reading a day 📚
4. 20-30 minutes of cleaning a day🧹 - i've fallen far behind on keeping my house clean and I tend to get overwhelmed when I try to do it all once 😅 focusing a small portion of each day to cleaning will help me not get overwhelmed and hopefully see progress!
5. daily self-reflection/journaling 📝
6. minimum 4 bottles of water a day 💧
7. no snacking when I'm bored 🍟
8. no alcohol 🍷
9. AM and PM skincare 🧖♀️ - i slack on doing my skincare routine before I go to bed and that's when I need to do it the most!
I bought a journal just for this so I can write down everything daily to hopefully motivate me to stick to it! I got this at target and i liked this one because it had a specific part at the top for the date and the cover is SO cute 🥰 I've already started filling it out for the day so far
I'm starting this today, September 16th! day 75 will be November 30th!

Maybe the strictness of '75 Hard' feels too daunting, or perhaps '75 Soft' doesn't quite push you enough. That's exactly where the beauty of a '75 My Way' challenge truly shines! It's about taking the core principles of discipline and consistency and molding them into something that genuinely fits your life, your goals, and your current capabilities.
I've learned that the key to sticking with any long-term commitment, whether it’s a fitness journey or a lifestyle overhaul, is making it sustainable. Instead of feeling like you're fighting against yourself, a personalized challenge like '75 My Way' allows you to build habits that truly elevate your everyday. Think of it as your unique '75-day reset,' not a punishment.
If you're considering creating your own '75 My Way,' here are a few tips I've picked up, especially when I was planning my own '75 Medium' approach. First, take a good look at the '75 Hard challenge rules' and '75 Soft results' to understand the spectrum. Then, honestly assess your current routines. For example, if '45-minute workouts daily' seems impossible, perhaps start with '30 minutes of intentional movement' or even 'daily walks.' The goal isn't perfection, but consistent effort. Similarly, for reading, if 10 pages feels like a lot, start with 5 pages or even 15 minutes of an educational podcast. It's about progress, not pressure.
Staying motivated is half the battle, right? This is where tools like a 'stay motivated journal' become incredibly helpful. Just like the beautiful notebook I found for my 'daily log,' having a dedicated space to track your progress, reflect on your feelings, and note your small victories makes a massive difference. Seeing your handwritten entries for 'DAY ONE' and onward can be super encouraging. You might even find inspiration in creating a '75 day hard challenge wallpaper' for your phone – a constant visual reminder of your commitment!
Let's dive a little deeper into some of those personalized rules. For meal tracking, it's not about being restrictive but becoming more aware. When you write down what you eat, you naturally start making healthier choices without feeling deprived. It’s an eye-opening exercise that empowers you. And that 20-30 minutes of daily cleaning? It’s a game-changer! Instead of letting clutter overwhelm you, these small, consistent efforts keep your space tidy and your mind clearer. It's amazing how a more organized environment can positively impact your overall well-being.
As for the '75 days my way update' you'll eventually want to celebrate, remember that the 'before and after' isn't just physical. Yes, you might see changes in your energy levels and fitness, but the real transformation often happens internally. You'll likely gain a stronger sense of self-discipline, improved mental clarity from daily reflection and reading, and the satisfaction of knowing you built sustainable habits on your terms. So, if you're ready to embark on a journey that's challenging yet completely tailored to you, a '75 My Way' challenge might just be your next best step!
