「アサイーボウル 福井」で探している人に向けて、私が行ったときの“頼み方のコツ”を補足します。 まず人気はやっぱりクラッキングアサイーボウル。上のチョコ（みたいな層）をスプーンでパリッと割る瞬間が楽しくて、写真・動画も撮りたくなります。割ったあとにアサイーとフルーツ、グリークヨーグルトを一緒に食べると、食感が「パリッ→もったり濃厚」で一気に満足度が上がりました。初めての人はこれを選ぶと“流行ってる理由”が分かりやすいと思います。 次に「アサイードリーム」は、もったり濃厚系が好きな人向け。甘さはフルーツの自然な感じで、朝ごはん〜遅めのランチ代わりにも良さそうでした。逆にさっぱりめがいい日や、食後に軽く飲みたい日は「飲むアサイー」を選ぶと重たくなりにくいです。友だちや恋人と行くなら、ボウル1つ＋ドリンク1つみたいに分けると色々試せておすすめ。 お店の立地的に車が便利で、福井駅から車で15分くらいの感覚。駐車場があるのは助かりました。混みそうな時間帯は、個人的には土日祝の昼〜午後がピークになりやすい印象なので、ゆっくり選びたい人は午前中か夕方寄りが安心かも。 それとInstagramのフォロー特典（フルーツやトッピングのプレゼント）をやっているタイミングがあるので、行く前に一度チェックしておくとお得です。トッピングは食感が変わるだけで満足感が上がるので、初回ほど“特典があるか”確認する価値あり。 ちなみに検索で「福井市 美味しいパン屋」も一緒に出てくることがあるけど、アサイー工房はパン屋さんではなく“アサイー専門店”。甘いもの気分の日はここ、がっつりパンを買って帰りたい日はパン屋…みたいに、目的で使い分けるとハズしにくいです。 福井でアサイーボウルを探しているなら、NEWOPENの勢いもあって体験としても楽しいお店だったので、気になったら一度行ってみてください。
