福井県勝山市の道の駅「恐竜渓谷かつやま」隣にオープンした「CAFE MOOI Veggies & Sweets」は、デートにぴったりな落ち着いたカフェとしてすぐに人気となっています。個人的にも訪問しましたが、店内は大きなガラス窓からの自然光が差し込み、ナチュラルなインテリアでゆったりとした時間を過ごせます。 パンケーキはふわふわで柔らかく、特に期間限定のいちごパンケーキは新鮮な苺とたっぷりの生クリームが絶妙にマッチ。いちご好きには本当におすすめです。また、濃厚なチョコソースとナッツの風味が楽しめるチョコレートパンケーキも秀逸で、甘いもの好きにはたまらない味わいでした。 このカフェは元有名ホテルのシェフが手がけているということで、味のクオリティも安心。車でのアクセスもしやすく、駐車場完備で訪れやすいのも嬉しいポイントです。営業は11時から18時まで、火曜定休なので計画的に訪れてみてください。 勝山市には他にも恐竜をテーマにした観光スポットが多く、デートやおでかけスポットとしても魅力的。CAFE MOOIでの食事の後に周辺散策もおすすめです。福井グルメやカフェ巡りが好きな方は、ぜひチェックしてみてはいかがでしょうか？ 私も再訪したいと思えるカフェで、特別な一日を過ごすのにぴったりです。福井でのデート計画の参考になれば幸いです！
