今回ご紹介したCAFE MOOI Veggies & Sweetsは、福井県勝山市の道の駅「恐竜渓谷かつやま」隣に位置しているので、ドライブがてら立ち寄りやすいのも魅力的です。大きなガラス窓から自然光が降り注ぐ明るい空間で、ナチュラルなインテリアが訪れる人をリラックスさせてくれます。 パンケーキはふわふわの食感と程よい甘さで、特に期間限定の「ICHIGOパンケーキ」は新鮮な苺と生クリームの相性が抜群。苺好きにはたまらない一品です。また、濃厚なチョコレートパンケーキも人気で、ナッツの風味とチョコソースの濃厚さがクセになります。 アクセスには車がおすすめで、敷地内には駐車場も完備。営業時間は11:00～18:00で、火曜日が定休日なので訪問前にチェックした方が安心です。 私自身、訪れて特別な時間を過ごせましたので、福井や勝山エリアでデートプランやグルメスポットを探している方にはぜひ推したいスポットです。周辺には道の駅グルメや恐竜博物館などの観光地もあり、1日楽しめるお出かけコースになりますよ。
