「勝山 道の駅 パンケーキ」で探している人に向けて、私が行ってよかったポイントをもう少し具体的にまとめます。 まず場所は、道の駅「恐竜渓谷かつやま」の“隣”なので迷いにくいのが助かりました。ドライブ途中に寄る人も多いと思うのですが、駐車場があるのはかなり安心。観光の流れでサクッと甘いもの休憩ができる立地です。 店内は大きなガラス窓から自然光が入って、写真も撮りやすい雰囲気。いわゆる“映える”だけじゃなくて、ナチュラルで落ち着いた空気感なので、デートでも友達同士でも使いやすいなと思いました。喧騒を離れて「特別なひとときを」過ごしたいときにちょうどいい感じです。 お目当てのパンケーキは、個人的に「勝山の道の駅近くでパンケーキ食べるならここ強い」と感じたポイントが2つ。 1つ目は食感。ふわっふわで口当たりが軽いのに、ちゃんと満足感もあって、最後まで飽きにくかったです。 2つ目はソースやトッピングの完成度。期間限定のICHIGOパンケーキは、いちごのフレッシュ感と生クリームの相性が良くて、甘いのに重すぎないのが嬉しいところ。チョコのパンケーキも濃厚で、ナッツの風味がアクセントになって「もう一口」が止まりませんでした。 行く前の小さなコツとしては、営業時間が11:00〜18:00で定休日が火曜日なので、旅程に入れるならここだけは先に確認しておくのがおすすめです。道の駅でお土産を見てからカフェ、もしくはカフェで休憩してから周辺観光…みたいに組むと動きやすかったです。 「勝山でパンケーキ」「道の駅近くでカフェ」を探しているなら、候補に入れて損なしだと思います。
