福井米食堂つむぎの一番の魅力は、何と言っても地元農家直送の 炊きたて福井米と新鮮な卵を3個までおかわり自由で楽しめる点です。僕自身も初めて訪れた際には、そのご飯の美味しさに感動しました。地元産のお米はふっくらと炊き上がり、一口食べるごとに幸せな気持ちに。定食に添えられている自家製と思われるお漬物も、ご飯が進む味付けでとても好印象でした。 私が選んだのはチキン南蛮タルタル定食でしたが、外はカリッと中はジューシーな鶏肉に濃厚なタルタルソースがマッチして、まさに絶品。親子皿定食も気になって次回はぜひ試したいと思っています。4月に新規オープンしたばかりということで店内は綺麗で広々としていて、デートで利用しやすい落ち着いた雰囲気でした。カウンター席もあり、一人でも気軽に入りやすいのも魅力です。 飯田通り沿いにあり、駐車場も完備されているので車でのアクセスも便利です。営業時間は11時から15時まででランチに最適。定休日が不定休のため、訪問前にインスタグラムなどで営業確認をおすすめします。 福井は美味しいお米の産地ですし、ここ福井米食堂つむぎはその魅力が存分に味わえる場所なので、地元の方も観光で来る方もぜひ訪れてみてください。ランチデートなどでリーズナブルに満足度の高い食事を楽しみたい方に特におすすめです。
