It’s my yogaversary! 🧘🏻‍♀️

6 years ago, in the middle of the pandemic, dental offices were shut down and everything felt uncertain.

I had practiced yoga before, but I needed something I could truly rely on. So I made the decision to show up for it every day.

Not perfectly. Not for hours. Just consistently.

Over time, it became one of the most supportive things I’ve done for my body (especially working in dental hygiene!) 💜
