Hey everyone! So glad you stopped by to check out my art journey for the year. It’s truly amazing to look back at all the creations, from quick sketches to more detailed pieces, and see how much fun I’ve had exploring my creativity. If you've been thinking about starting your own artistic adventure, I hope my collection inspires you to pick up a pen or brush! One of my absolute favorite ways to create is through pen drawings. There's something so satisfying about the precision and permanence of ink. For instance, creating intricate patterns for a floral bouquet or adding all those swirling elements to an octopus drawing can be incredibly therapeutic. I usually start with a light pencil sketch to get the basic shapes down, like the elegant lines of a stylized flower or the unique form of a thorny winged rose, before committing to ink. You don't need fancy supplies to begin – a simple black pen and some paper are perfect! Experiment with different line weights and shading techniques to give your drawings depth and texture. I’ve found that even everyday doodles, like the ones in my notebook, can evolve into really cool concepts. Beyond just pens, I’ve also dabbled in painting on canvas, like my vibrant, colorful drawing of an octopus. This is where you can really play with color and bring your subjects to life in a different way. Don't be afraid to try out various mediums! Whether it's the stark contrast of a detailed pencil sketch or the bold hues of a painted piece, each medium offers a unique way to express yourself. Sometimes, people ask if I've considered digital art. While my heart is currently with traditional mediums, I totally see the appeal! Digital art offers incredible flexibility for editing, coloring, and trying out new styles without needing tons of physical supplies. Many digital artists actually start with traditional drawing skills, as the fundamentals of composition, perspective, and anatomy are universal. It's fantastic for creating "vibrant, colorful drawings" with ease, and you can achieve stunning effects that might be harder with traditional methods. If you're curious, there are many free drawing apps and tutorials online to get you started, merging your love for drawing with modern tools. Finding inspiration is key, and it can come from anywhere! From the beauty of nature, like a flower, to whimsical ideas like a sad-looking, furry creature or even just random objects around you. Don’t worry about perfection, especially when you’re just starting. The joy is in the process and seeing your imagination come to life on paper. Keep practicing, keep experimenting, and most importantly, keep having fun with your art!

Welcome! Can’t wait to see more from you in the future💛
