normally younger & smaller children have higher temperature den we adults.. so they actually won't feel dat cold den we adults.. 🤭 I rem many yrs back when I went HK with my family it was only ard 9 deg cel & very windy my then 3yo gal when I layer her too much she's actually perspiring. 😅😅😅
