DIY Hair Mask

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado 🥑

1 tablespoon of mayo

8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 egg 🥚

Steps:

- Mix all of these ingredients in a blender or food processor until creamy.

- Apply to damp hair in small sections.

- Gently comb product through hair with a wide tooth comb.

- Braid each section after the application.

- let the product sit for 25 minutes to an hour

- Wash your hair and apply routine hair care products.

Although I’m studying for the MCAT during all of my free time, I’m trying to work in self-care routinely so as not to neglect my overall health and appearance. I tried this hair mask over the weekend and I kept it while I was completing Blueprint practice problems. I like how strong my hair looked after I applied this mixture. My hair was also very curly and soft.
