Given the value I provide, I seek compensation in the range of $36–$50 per hour or greater (not including overtime or bonus). I’m salary with my current full time position, but also hold a 2nd position that is hourly. This reflects the market rate for high-level tax compliance roles requiring a combination of leadership, technical proficiency, and legal expertise. The range also ensures alignment with the increasing demand for professionals capable of navigating the dynamic tax environment with precision and accountability!
