It’s so funny because whenever I looked at engagement rings online I steered clear of round cuts, but that’s what I ended up falling in love with in the end! Thinking back, this was just like how my relationship transpired. We were friends for about 5 years before getting together. I never even considered dating him until he suggested it one day. I laughed while I considered it in my head, thinking, “hmm, we get along, we laugh together, he’s attractive, why not!” I ended up falling in love with him and the rest is history! We’ve now been together for almost 13 years and have two kids together. 🩷 but he was there all along…just like the round cut was there all along. 🩷
