It’s my birthday ✨🎉❤️
Today, I turned 29. I started my day by getting my daughter ready for daycare. She looked adorable! Shoutout to SHEIN; they really come through most of the time, lol. Afterward, I took some time to rest, and it felt amazing to just relax without a little one bossing me around all day!
Once I was refreshed, I did my makeup to get my license renewed. My last license picture was awful—I was 16 and had just left field hockey practice to take my test—so I wanted to look nice for this one, especially since I won’t need to take another one for about ten years. I dressed in a pretty casual outfit since it was raining all day 🙄.
My boyfriend came over and gave me some amazing gifts; he’s the best at gift-giving, always knows exactly what to get. He even brought me my favorite food for lunch 🥹. I had my license renewal appointment at 2:45, so I went there while my mom picked up my daughter from daycare.
After leaving the MVA, I went home, and my family and I went out to eat at Jerry’s Seafood. The food was incredible, especially the crab cakes—they’re all meat, no filler! This pretty much sums up my birthday. I didn’t have anything planned, and I was feeling down the morning of and the whole week before, so it ended up being better than I expected, and I’m so grateful for that ❤️.
