The Dybbuk Box owners
Four people have owned the Dybbuk Box — a small wooden wine cabinet that became one of the most discussed cursed objects of the modern era after a single eBay listing in 2003.
Each owner reported similar experiences. Each eventually chose to pass it on.
The cabinet is now sealed inside a protective display case at The Haunted Museum in Las Vegas, owned by paranormal investigator Zak Bagans — who paid $648,000 for it and reported his own disturbances upon handling it.
What makes this case unusual isn’t just the experiences. It’s that the man who wrote the original story later admitted he invented it. And the reports from later owners continued anyway.
