Here’s a refreshing green smoothie recipe using spinach, bananas, pineapple, and coconut water:

Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh spinach

• 1 banana (ripe, for natural sweetness)

• 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

• 1 cup coconut water

• ½ cup ice (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions:

1. Add the spinach and coconut water to the blender first. Blend until smooth.

2. Add the banana, pineapple, and ice (if using). Blend again until creamy and well combined.
