Natural Food Decorating

I love making regular everyday meals extra cute, the above photos are some of my favorites I’ve made so far & here are some simple ways to do that -

🍪 Use a cookie cutter to make your eggs pancakes sandwhiches or charcuterie board cheeses into cute shapes!

🍓decorate your berries into florals & use edible greens like mint, parsley or basil to give them their leaves!

🌸use fresh or dried edible flowers to sprinkle on sweets, pasta or salads! They make the meal pop but with no sugar, added texture and earthy tones!

One popular method is to use cookie cutters to transform pancakes, sandwiches, or cheese into charming shapes that captivate both adults and kids alike. This not only makes meals visually appealing but can also encourage picky eaters to try new foods. Another creative approach is crafting edible flower accents for desserts, salads, and pasta dishes. Fresh or dried flowers not only add vibrant colors but also introduce unique flavors and textures into your dishes. Additionally, utilizing herbs like mint, parsley, and basil as decorative leaves can enhance the aesthetic and taste, fostering a more holistic approach to food. When it comes to fruit, decorating berries as blooming floral arrangements can turn a simple snack into a decadent treat that appeals to all. Pairing these ideas with graceful presentations on charcuterie boards can leave a lasting impression on your guests. Remember, the beauty of food is just as important as its taste, and with these natural decorating ideas, you can delight both the eyes and the palate.
