Down 14lbs on day 46 of 75 :)

Have you ever heard of the 75 hard challenge? I was so hesitant on doing it but I’m so glad I did! I’ve always struggled to lose weight and on day 46, I am down 14lbs! Seeing the scale number drop down only pushes me to work harder at my goal everyday 💪🏼 If anyone has any weight loss tips or anything motivational, please do share! I’d appreciate to hear it so much 🤍
