Make sure you don’t use your knee pads unless you have to get low. Shuffle before you squat and squat before you dive ❤️

As a vball player who’s been playing for 4 years please please please tell her to no swing, don’t use your knee pads unless necessary get low and shuffle, the last thing you want to do is use your knee pads. You just need hustle and get under the ball. Also make sure to stay on your toe and DO NOT stand straight up. And for her platform try the pancake method. Is the ball is to her right or left make sure her platform is infront of her shoulders, if it isn’t it’ll result into the ball going anywhere but the setter.
