Occasion & Servings: 6

Ingredient 1 & Portion: Crescent Rolls (1 can)

Ingredient 2 & Portion: Ground Turkey Sausage (1lb)

Ingredient 3 & Portion: Country Gravy Mix (1 package)

Ingredient 4 & Portion: Scrambled Cottage Cheese Eggs (3 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese)

Ingredient 5 & Portion: Turkey Bacon (5 slices)

Ingredient 6 & Portion: Mozzarella Cheese (6 thin slices)

Detailed Steps:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees(f) and spray avacado oil on baking sheet.

2. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them. Place them on top of the baking sheet. Press the seams together to form one square of crescent roll dough.

3. Fry 5 pieces of turkey bacon in skillet. Once cooked remove from skillet and pace on paper towel.

4. In same skillet, brown ground turkey sausage. While turkey sausage is browning, follow directions on back of gravy mix.

5. Once turkey sausage is cooked through, drain grease and move cooked turkey sausage to bowl. At this point the gravy mix should be ready, add 1/2 cup of turkey sausage to gravy mixture and stir.

6. In separate bowl, crack the 3 eggs and add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, whisk. In same skillet, spray with avacado oil and warm skillet.

7. Once skillet is heated, add egg/cottage cheese mixture to skillet and scrambled.

8. While eggs cook, pour gravy mixture overtop of crescent rolls (I used 1 cup). Add cooked eggs, remaining turkey sausage and crumble up turkey bacon. Place the 6 slices of mozzarella cheese on top.

9. Place pizza in pre-heated oven for 18-20 minutes (or until crescent rolls are baked). Turn broiler on high to brown cheese (3-5 minutes).

10. Let cool for 5 minutes, slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
