New routine with TWICE holistic no fluoride paste.

I love this toothpaste! No aftertaste is number one on the list. I’ve been using this for about two weeks now. I have an overactive gag reflex. Not with this paste. Has a mellow minty flavor. Mouth feels nice and clean. I was looking for something holistic and fluoride free when I stumbled upon this at Walmart. Definitely worth $6.50. Not any higher priced than others. And it’s the first paste I’ve seen with vitamins. Still doing the research on it, but would be interesting to find out that my mouth actually benefited from the infusion of them.

... Read moreHey everyone! I've been seeing so many of you asking about oral health and finding the right toothpaste, especially when you're looking for something more natural or specific like fluoride-free options. It's a journey I totally get! When I first started looking for alternatives to traditional toothpaste, I was really focused on things like 'is twice toothpaste non toxic' or 'organic toothpaste no fluoride.' And let me tell you, there's a lot to unpack. For many of us, the idea of a 'non-toxic' toothpaste comes from wanting to avoid harsh chemicals, dyes, or artificial sweeteners that can sometimes be found in conventional brands. The thought process is, if it goes in your mouth twice a day, you want it to be as clean and beneficial as possible, right? That's exactly why I gravitated towards something like TWICE. Finding a paste that's 'natural non fluoride toothpaste' was a big win for me. Fluoride-free options are popular for various reasons, from personal preference to concerns about ingesting too much of it, especially for kids. It’s all about finding what makes you feel best and supports your overall wellness. Another big question I often hear is 'which toothpastes are gluten free?' It might surprise some, but gluten can actually be present in oral care products, often as a binding agent or thickener. For those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, this is a crucial detail! Checking labels for certifications or explicit 'gluten-free' claims is super important. It’s comforting to know that many brands, like TWICE, are making these commitments upfront. What I've also learned on this journey is to really look at the other ingredients. Beyond just being fluoride or gluten-free, a truly holistic toothpaste often includes beneficial natural extracts. Think about ingredients like xylitol, which helps fight cavities by reducing harmful bacteria, or soothing aloe vera for gum health. Some even incorporate essential oils like peppermint, not just for flavor, but for their natural antiseptic properties. And the idea of vitamins in toothpaste, like what I found in my TWICE paste – that's fascinating! While still researching, the thought that my oral wellness routine could be delivering vitamins directly to my gums and mouth lining makes so much sense. Vitamin E and C, for example, are known antioxidants that support gum health. When you're choosing your next toothpaste, don't just rely on marketing. Flip that tube over and read the ingredient list. Look for transparency from brands, and if you have specific sensitivities or preferences, seek out those 'free-from' labels – whether it's sulfate-free, paraben-free, or preservative-free. It’s about building an 'Oral Well' routine that genuinely works for you. Remember, a good brushing habit, maybe even like a 'professional sometimes 2x a day brusher,' combined with the right products, is key to a happy, healthy smile!
