You know that feeling when you get home from work and you just want to binge-watch Netflix all night it can feel good to just veg out but that isn’t really helping your overall well-being. Having an after-work routine actually helps you unwind while still doing things you need to do.

Let’s be real, there are obviously days when we just need to do nothing and that’s okay. But on days when you’re able, it’s important to build healthy habits that will push us forward even when we’re tired after work. After all, routines are just habits that we practice daily.
