It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother, June Marie Lake Daniels, who left us peacefully on the afternoon of Thursday, April 3rd, surrounded by her loving family at home.
A wake will be held in her honor at Yardly and Pino Funeral Home, located on Pantigo Road in East Hampton, on Sunday, April 6th, from 2 PM to 4 PM. Friends and family are invited to join us in celebrating her remarkable life.
Just less than two weeks ago, we had the joy of celebrating her 100th birthday—a milestone she looked forward to for so long. We will forever cherish that special day, filled with love and laughter, as she celebrated being the Queen Matriarch of our close-knit family.
June’s life was a testament to love, laughter, and fierce independence. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy of family and cherished memories. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from all who knew her, and we thank you for keeping her spirit alive in your hearts.
