Brussels Sprouts But Make It Tasty!

Okay y’all, let’s settle this: are you team “eww” 🤮or team “give me the whole stalk”😋❓️

These little green nuggets are 1 of 2 stalks growing strong in my garden right now — and yes, I know they’ve got a reputation, but hear me out...

Cook ‘em right and they’re game changers!

My favorite way: sautéed in bacon🥓 grease with a sprinkle of salt🧂, pepper🌶, garlic 🧄and onions🧅.

Yes, it’s that serious. That crispy, savory flavor? Chef’s kiss.👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Also, did you know the leaves 🍃are edible too? Toss them into stir-fries or sauté them like kale or collards — don’t waste that green goodness!🥗

Quick heads-up though: growing Brussels sprouts is not for the impatient.

They take their sweet time before they’re harvest-ready, but trust me, the payoff is worth it!

So... would you give Brussels sprouts another shot if they were garden-fresh and cooked like this❓️
