What I made today on my day off!

Today is my day off so other than doing dishes and laundry I wanted to make something my man could take for lunch. So I made some easy egg bites with some veggies I had left over in the fridge. His step mom makes a pasta salad like this and its so good I had to make it myself, definitely recommend this 3 ingredient dish!
