#safespace #lemon8challenge Lately I’ve been struggling honestly with feeling useless. I have very little motivation when I’m alone. But today is different. I’m doing as much as I can make myself do today. I’ve done the dishes, cleaned the sink, some laundry, deep cleaned everything in my bathroom, and I made a firepit with some bricks we salvaged from a past project. I find that watching motivating videos can give you a short burst of motivation and listening to subliminals. Also, seeking therapy if you can afford it can help as well.
