What’s something you are proud of this month?

#letschat I am down 30 lbs this month. I’m proud of my #weightlosschronicles here. You know what? I have yet to eat under 1200 calories in a day. I am usually at about 1700. If I get more active I can adjust. Point is starvation isn’t sustainable or healthy and I’m proud I’m working at it
