HOW TO Wanna Intern (Moram) What to do?
Must study until 80 credits accumulated
Step 1: Find a place to train yourself. Find a place of interest. It's important to contact yourself.
Step 2: Have a place to go to the office to contact yourself or use the call method (find out if the agency is open to interns).
1) Who must study?
2) Coordinator name, call number (because you have to write it on the courtesy request)
Inform the wish in the position to go down and discuss the details perfectly.
Step 3: Contact One-Stop Service, KLB Building, 1st Floor, Request Transcript (Price 50 Baht) Prepare a copy of the student's card. Copy of the latest enrollment receipt. Hold to the Law Faculty, Building 1, 2nd Floor, first right-hand room.
In front of the room, there will be a book called General Petition. Pick up this sheet and write down all the intern information asked and the address of the intern.
* * * The faculty has a minimum training limit of 2 months below. The faculty will not issue a book to send to practice.
Step 4: After writing the petition, wait for the faculty to call to receive the internship reply (it will be a brown envelope with the address of the internship). Get it and have to send this envelope to the agency. There are two ways to send it manually [and bring the reply to the faculty]. Second, send it by mail (the address of the sender like us does not need to be put). The agency will send the faculty reply by itself.
Step 5: Wait for the call to pick up the delivery certificate. Once you get it, file it with the internship again, maybe the start of training, or earlier.
It's the end of the process itself.
จากประสบการณ์ของผมที่เคยผ่านการฝึกงานที่มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ผมขอแชร์ข้อแนะนำเพิ่มเติมเพื่อช่วยให้การฝึกงานของน้อง ๆ เป็นไปได้อย่างราบรื่นและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ก่อนอื่น นอกจากต้องสะสมหน่วยกิตให้ครบ 80 หน่วยกิตแล้ว การรู้จักสร้างความสัมพันธ์และติดต่อกับหน่วยงานที่สนใจให้ดีถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก ผมแนะนำให้น้อง ๆ ลงมือค้นหาที่ฝึกงานตั้งแต่เนิ่น ๆ โดยใช้ทั้งช่องทางโทรศัพท์และการเดินทางไปติดต่อด้วยตัวเอง เพราะการได้เจอและพูดคุยโดยตรงกับผู้ประสานงานจะเพิ่มโอกาสได้รับการตอบรับมากขึ้น อีกจุดที่อยากเน้นคือ เรื่องการเตรียมเอกสาร เช่น ทรานสคริปต์ สำเนาบัตรนักศึกษา และใบคำร้องทั่วไปที่คณะกำหนดไว้ ควรจัดเตรียมให้ครบถ้วนและตรวจสอบข้อมูลอย่างละเอียดก่อนยื่น เพราะถ้าผิดพลาดอาจทำให้ขั้นตอนช้าลง นอกจากนี้ควรเก็บสำเนาเอกสารทุกครั้ง เพื่อใช้ยืนยันในกรณีที่เอกสารสูญหาย ในส่วนของระยะเวลาการฝึกงาน คณะมีกำหนดขั้นต่ำ 2 เดือน ซึ่งผมพบว่าการฝึกงานเต็มเวลาทีละนาน ๆ จะช่วยให้น้อง ๆ ได้เรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะจริง ๆ อย่างแท้จริง ที่สำคัญควรสอบถามตำแหน่งงานและรายละเอียดหน้าที่อย่างชัดเจนในตอนเริ่มต้น เพื่อจะได้เตรียมตัวและวางแผนการเรียนรู้ไปในทิศทางเดียวกับที่หน่วยงานต้องการ สุดท้าย อย่าลืมว่า การฝึกงานเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในการสร้างเครือข่ายและประสบการณ์ชีวิตจริง ควรมีใจเปิดกว้างรับข้อเสนอแนะ และใส่ใจในหน้าที่ที่ได้รับอย่างเต็มที่ เพราะสิ่งเหล่านี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการทำงานในอนาคตของน้อง ๆ อย่างแน่นอน หวังว่าข้อมูลและคำแนะนำเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้นักศึกษานิติรามทุกคนที่กำลังวางแผนฝึกงานมีแนวทางที่ชัดเจนและเตรียมพร้อมได้ดีขึ้นนะครับ
