At the end of the year, all people leave the provinces.
But we ask for a city year-end trip. 😆

ถ้าเสิร์ชว่า “บรรทัดทองกินอะไรดี” แล้วลังเลว่าจะเริ่มจากร้านไหน เราแนะนำให้วางแพลนแบบ “1 คาว 1 หวาน 1 ปิดท้าย” จะเดินสนุกและไม่หลุดงบง่ายค่ะ (แถวนี้ของกินแน่นมาก เผลอๆ กินเพลินเกินเบรค) โซนของคาว เรามักเริ่มด้วยเมนูเส้น/จานเดียวก่อน เพราะกินง่ายและแชร์ได้ เช่นมาม่าผัดหมูกรอบหรือผัดซีอิ๊ว ถ้าไปกับเพื่อน 2–3 คน สั่ง 2 อย่างแล้วหารกันกำลังดี จากนั้นค่อยต่อด้วยร้านที่ต้อง “ย่าง” อย่างหมูกะทะหรือปิ้งย่างเกาหลี—ข้อสังเกตของเราคือถ้าไปช่วงหัวค่ำวันหยุด คิวจะเริ่มยาวแบบเห็นชัด แนะนำให้ไปเร็วหน่อยหรือเลี่ยงพีค 19.00–21.00 น. สายหวานในบรรทัดทองคือหลากหลายมาก ตั้งแต่ทาร์ตไข่ไปจนถึงบัวลอยงาดำและเค้กสตรอว์เบอร์รี เราเป็นคนกินหวานน้อย เลยใช้วิธี “สั่งชิ้นเล็ก/แชร์กัน” ก่อนเสมอ โดยเฉพาะพวกทาร์ตไข่ที่บางร้านคาราเมลแน่นมาก ถ้าไปกันหลายคนซื้อเป็นกล่องแล้วแบ่งจะคุ้มกว่า แถมได้ลองหลายร้านในทริปเดียว ส่วนใครชอบแนวนัวๆ กะทิๆ บัวลอยงาดำกับไอติมกะทิคือทางที่เรากลับไปซ้ำบ่อย เพราะบาลานซ์หวานได้ดีในความรู้สึกเรา ปิดท้ายทริป เราชอบเลือก “คอมฟอร์ตฟู้ด” เป็นตัวเซฟ เช่นโจ๊ก หรือของปิ้งอย่างหมูสะเต๊ะ เพราะช่วยตัดเลี่ยนจากทั้งของทอด ของมัน และของหวานได้ดี และถ้าใครมาบรรทัดทองครั้งแรก แนะนำพกน้ำเปล่าติดตัว + เตรียมท้องไว้สำหรับหมูกรอบ/ซีฟู้ด/เมนูเส้น เพราะเป็นธีมที่เจอบ่อยและมีหลายร้านทำได้เด่นคนละแบบ อีกคำค้นที่บางคนเจอในกูเกิลคือ “แสนคำโฮมเมด ข้าวขาหมูและซาลาเปา เขตประเวศ” อันนี้ขอเล่าตรงๆ ว่าเป็นคนละโซนกับบรรทัดทองนะคะ ถ้าตั้งใจตามรอยร้านแถวประเวศ แนะนำแยกเป็นอีกทริปจะไม่เหนื่อย (ระยะทางไกล คนละเส้นทาง) แต่ถ้าวันนี้อยากเดินชิลๆ ใกล้ BTS สนามกีฬา โฟกัสบรรทัดทองก่อนจะสนุกและสะดวกกว่ามากค่ะ ถ้าใครมีร้านใหม่ๆ ที่ควรไปลองในบรรทัดทอง โดยเฉพาะสายเส้น มาม่าผัดหมูกรอบ หรือข้าวหน้ากุ้ง แวะมาป้ายยากันได้เลย เราจะเก็บลิสต์ไปอัปเดตรอบหน้าแน่นอน
