Today I will check in to Daisen Premium Japanese Restaurant, Central World, 6th floor.
Who would believe that a hundred and two banks plus twenty banks have eaten this full set of Japanese food! 💸
The menu we ordered today is "Set Nabe Pig Black Water." You can say that it's worth looking at the receipt. 🧾 The price per person falls only 216 baht (including VAT and Service Charge. Best of all). What does the set give? Let's see:
• Nabe Pig Black Water: Big Pot of Fire, Tight Vegetables, Cork, Very Like the Healty Line, Super Mellow Sweet Broth 🥬
• Slide pork: Served in five large sheets, a little fat but very soft, dipped with fresh chicken eggs is the best! 🥩🥚
• Table Tight Side Meals: Soft Japanese Rice, Clear Soup, Kimchi, Japanese Bean and Vegetable Salad That Dressing Delicious Until I Want More!
• Braised Eggs: Silky with shrimp and crabs. 🍤
• End with dessert: In the set there is green tea ice cream to wash your mouth. It may not taste very good, but it is very beautiful to close with a cold green tea drink included in the set. 🍦🍵
Anyone who walks to Siam or Central World and doesn't know what to eat but wants a full meal and a friendly price. Recommended this shop. Good service staff. The atmosphere of the shop is nice to sit and travel very easily.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เคยไปทานที่ร้าน Daisen สาขา Central World ชั้น 6 บอกเลยว่าเซ็ตนาเบะหมูน้ำดำที่ราคา 216 บาทนั้นคุ้มค่ามากกว่าที่คิดไว้มากๆ นอกจากจะได้หม้อนาเบะขนาดกำลังดีที่ใส่ผักมาแน่นและสดชื่น น้ำซุปมีความหอมหวานกลมกล่อมแบบไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่ม ผมชอบที่สุดคือเนื้อหมูสไลด์ 5 แผ่นที่มีไขมันน้อย เนื้อนุ่มลื่น เหมาะสำหรับคนรักสุขภาพที่ยังอยากทานหมูแบบเต็มคำ ทานคู่กับไข่ไก่สดที่มาให้จุ่ม ยิ่งเพิ่มความอร่อยและมิติรสชาติที่หลากหลายขึ้นไปอีก ในเซ็ตยังมีเครื่องเคียงครบถ้วน ทั้งข้าวญี่ปุ่นเม็ดนุ่ม ซุปใสที่ชูรสชาติของน้ำซุปได้ดี กิมจิรสเปรี้ยวตัดเลี่ยน และถั่วแระญี่ปุ่นที่กรุบกรอบ ส่วนสลัดผักกับน้ำสลัดสูตรพิเศษนั้นอร่อยจนอยากสั่งเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งจานเลยทีเดียว การมีไข่ตุ๋นนุ่มๆ ที่ใส่กุ้งและปูอัดในเซ็ตช่วยเพิ่มความหลากหลายให้มื้อนี้ดูมีสีสันและสารอาหารครบถ้วนมากขึ้นโดยที่ราคาไม่แพงเลย ของหวานที่เป็นไอศกรีมชาเขียวช่วยล้างปากได้ดี แม้อาจจะไม่เข้มข้นมากแต่ก็ดับร้อนและให้ความสดชื่นได้ดีมาก สมแล้วที่รวมเครื่องดื่มชาเขียวเย็นมาในเซ็ตด้วย ทำให้มื้ออาหารในห้างราคานี้ดูหรูหราและคุ้มค่ามากขึ้นอีกระดับ ความสะดวกสบายอีกอย่างคือร้านตั้งอยู่ใกล้ร้านหนังสือ Kinokuniya ชั้น 6 Central World หาไม่ยาก และพนักงานในร้านบริการดี ใส่ใจลูกค้า บรรยากาศร้านไม่วุ่นวาย เหมาะแก่การนั่งทานมื้อกลางวันหรือมื้อเย็นเบาๆ หลังจากช้อปปิ้งกันมาเหนื่อยๆ นอกจากนี้ การที่ราคานี้รวม VAT และ Service Charge แล้วชี้ให้เห็นถึงความโปร่งใสไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายแอบแฝง ทำให้รู้สึกสบายใจเวลาใช้จ่าย โดยส่วนตัวผมแนะนำเมนูนี้สำหรับคนที่อยากกินอาหารญี่ปุ่นแบบครบเครื่องแต่ไม่อยากจ่ายแพง หรือใครที่กำลังมองหามื้ออร่อยที่ให้ความคุ้มค่าในห้างสรรพสินค้าชั้นนำ โดยเฉพาะ Central World แหล่งรวมร้านอาหารหลายสไตล์ เซ็ตนาเบะหมูน้ำดำที่ Daisen คือหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยจริงๆ
