Grow Thru what you Go Thru 🪴
“Go Thru what you Go Thru” is my mantra of the day as I tended to some gardening 👩🌾 🌱
As I picked out my outfit for the day, I tried to have comfort, ease and cuteness in mind; here’s what I came up with!
👚: “Over-thinker” Green & White Tank from Target (when they had a mental health awareness line a few years back). I love this tank and always get so many compliments on the side of it that’s says “and that’s okay”. I think it’s so important to represent that you are not your emotions and that so many people struggle with anxiety, and that’s okay ❤️
👖: Green leggings from the “All in Motion” line at Target. First, I absolutely love this shade of green; it matches some of my plants! Second, I love the “All in Motion” line with a passion ✨ They’re great for active days like today when I’m moving and grooving with my plants 🌱 and they have pockets which makes life better!
I find that combining gardening with comfortable, meaningful outfits really enhances my daily experience. Wearing my 'Over-thinker' tank from Target, which promotes mental health awareness, reminds me that emotions don’t define me and that dealing with anxiety is okay. This mindset encourages me to keep moving forward even on challenging days. Pairing the tank with the green leggings from the All in Motion line adds both comfort and practicality. The pockets are a game changer when tending to plants as they keep essentials like seed packets or small tools handy. Plus, the color perfectly echoes the garden vibes and creates a cohesive look that uplifts my mood. Gardening itself is therapeutic—nurturing plants, watching them grow, and spending mindful time outdoors helps me grow through what I go through. Wearing an outfit that blends purpose, comfort, and style empowers me and invites positive energy. For anyone exploring ways to support mental wellness, combining physical activity like gardening with fashion pieces that symbolize resilience can be a powerful self-care ritual. If you’re looking to incorporate this mantra into your routine, consider investing in clothes that not only feel good but carry meaningful messages. It’s a simple way to boost confidence and normalize conversations about mental health while enjoying your favorite hobbies. Ultimately, this blend of passion, comfort, and intentional style helps me turn daily struggles into opportunities for growth—just like the plants I tend.
