Built in the Storm 🌧️🖤

Some women weren’t given gentle seasons — they were shaped by survival.

They kept showing up, even when life was heavy, even when no one noticed, even when they were hurting.

That’s why they become the safe place for others.

Because they remember what it felt like to need someone… and have no one come.

If this feels like your story, just know: your strength didn’t go unnoticed. It built you into someone powerful, compassionate, and unbreakable.

Comment “STORM” if you’ve ever had to be strong when you didn’t have a choice. 🌧️🖤

From personal experience, those seasons of silence and struggle build a deep resilience that few understand at first glance. It’s like being forged in a storm, where every challenge shapes you into someone not only stronger but deeply empathetic toward others facing similar battles. I’ve found that women who are ‘built in the storm’ often become pillars in their communities, offering safety and understanding because they remember what it’s like to lack those comforts. This strength doesn’t come from ease but from persistent survival through heavy silence, hard moments, and unspoken pain. For me, this meant learning to show up not just for myself but for friends who needed support when no one else was there. That experience gave me a unique compassion and courage — qualities that continue to grow. If you see your story reflected in this, know that your perseverance matters. It creates a foundation for real power, softness, and unbreakable spirit. Sharing our journeys helps break the silence and brings light to places of loneliness. The metaphor of the storm is powerful: storms are harsh and ugly, but they also cleanse and renew. Being ‘built in the storm’ means you carry that renewal within, ready to inspire and uplift. Let’s honor that inner strength by continuing to show up and support one another, for healing and growth thrive in connection. Comment 'STORM' to share if you’ve ever had to be strong when you didn’t have a choice, and let’s build a community of empowered, compassionate survivors together.

This is how I feel most days I survived the storms but o had to accept things then let them go. My two major storms in life was losing my dad him asking one thing of my years ago I have been through a lot with my kids not that I regret it all most parents face something at one time it does leave I don’t know though I can’t say I wouldn’t do it again, I raised them to know right from wrong just at times I had to let go pray for them one day my kids would find the love of their life hopefully they will that’s my wish for them.

If you’re looking to enter your productive era having a clean room and a clean space is one of the simplest most effective steps you can take. Your mind subconsciously interprets the messiness around you and turns it into anxiety so following a consistent routine to ensure that your space is clean
