Hey Fam & Friends…Just a bit of transparency:
Some days l feel Strong, Motivated, Inspired.. like l can achieve all my dreams and goals, l am flying high, happy!! And then, there are other days where everything seems so unreachable. Walls crumbling down, hopes shattered, like l can’t get a grip on anything. My highs are now my lows and for a brief moment l entertain the pity and sorrow. I lash out with frustration, tears and anger. And then, tomorrow comes and l am flying high again!
