Protecting nails with moisturizing treatments—especially those rich in oils and vitamins—has really helped me maintain nail strength. Incorporating gloves during cold seasons to shield nails from harsh wind and water exposure also makes a difference. Additionally, seasonal dietary changes might influence nail health. Including foods high in biotin and vitamin E, as well as staying well-hydrated, has noticeably improved nail resilience for me. I've also experimented with gentle nail care routines that avoid excessive filing or harsh chemicals, recognizing that nails can be more fragile during seasonal transitions.
