A Little Peace in the Middle of My Day 🤍🌿

While Jr was at sports practice today, I took a few laps on a small trail nearby.

No music. No podcast. Just me, the breeze, and my thoughts.

Sometimes we wait for “the perfect time” for self-care… but honestly, these tiny pockets of peace are everything.

I let my mind slow down.

I let my shoulders drop.

I actually breathed for once.

And it reminded me that:

• I don’t have to “earn” rest

• I can take a moment even when life is busy

• Peace doesn’t have to be planned — just received 🤍

Trying to choose presence over pressure this season.
