I find that preparing traditional dishes, such as dumplings and rice cakes, not only enriches the celebration but also honors our ancestors. Moreover, Chinese New Year is a moment to reflect on the past year and set positive intentions for the future. It encourages kindness, generosity, and optimism, values that I strive to embrace year-round.
