What truly steadies me is focusing on what continually nourishes my spirit — faith, love, and meaningful connections with others. Embracing this perspective isn’t always easy, but it has transformed my Fridays from being just the end of a workweek to a meaningful pause — a moment to realign my heart where it belongs.
