I definitely underestimated this one. 😅 Today I challenged myself to do 25 sit-to-stands without using my hands, and wow… my legs were burning by the end. 🥵 Looking back, I probably should’ve started with 15, but I wanted to see what I could do. Some days progress looks like taking steps.
