"When Grit Is Not Enough" is the wakeup call I need. I've gotten to this point on pure hustle and flow, but that only takes you so far!
In 2025, we're making every move with intention. That's what this book is all about. I need to re-strategize and stick to the plan!!
And then there’s The Inner Manager. The way I'm low-key scared to read this because I know it's exactly what I need to hear. When social media is your job, it's easy to get off task and goof off. What started as research turns into 3 hours of doom scrolling. We're leaving that in 2024. This year, we're managing ourselves! , Because if we're not grounded in ourselves, how can we expect to grow in our work?
