I'm a senior. I wanted to know what lessons y'all have learned from the new grad job search and what advice/tips you'd give to people who will be in your shoes ~3 months from now.

hi!! i graduated this past december and only recently landed my first gig. it can be a long process but don’t be too hard on yourself. you’ll be competing with a ton of people who likely have more experience. i’d highly recommend to get some certificates from coursera (free!!) in your free time to bolster your resume!!
